Creating a Long-Term Relationship
DataNOW offers comprehensive product support and training backed by our very own, in-house technicians, analysts, and developers. No one offers a more direct approach to product support. You can rest assured that when you purchase a DataNOW product, we will be there to answer your questions.

Installation
For most DataNOW products, installation is done on-site by an experienced DataNOW analyst. We make sure that our software is ready to go live when you are.

Conversion
We develop custom conversion programs to transform your data into Microsoft SQL Server databases for use by our applications. Consultation and conversion tools are also available if you choose to do you own conversion.

Training
DataNOW uses a hands-on approach to teaching administrators, operators, and users. Both on-site training and formal training seminars are available.

Warranty
A 90-day warranty and free support during implementation is included with the purchase of DataNOW software.

Ongoing Support
After the 90-day warranty, a maintenance agreement is required for the first year, and is strongly recommended thereafter. The standard agreement includes:

  • All software and documentation upgrades
  • System-to-System diagnostics
  • Telephone consultation
  • Email support
  • Discounted custom programming
  • Discounted training seminars
